North Korea 10,000T/annual maize processing plant is designed into two layers of steel frame structure with three layers of equipment layout. It adopts PLC centralized control system and realizes whole course automatic continuous operation.

Total salable product yield: 70-75%, by-product yield: 25-30%.
1) corn germs yield: 8%, purity: higher than 90%, moisture content: within 16%
2) corn flour (100 meshes) yield: 62-67%, moisture content: within 14.5%
3) corn grits yield(8-16 meshes, 16-26 meshes): 30%-35%，moisture content: within 14.5（flour yield reaches 30%-35% during grits production）
4) fine fodder yield: 25-30%, moisture content: within 14.5%
