How to solve the problem of screen mesh blocking of corn flour mill?

Vibrating screen is the necessary equipment for corn flour mill in corn material screening. It utilizes different sizes of mesh in corn screening for different material. Impurities species, quantity and the granularity difference between corn granules and other impurities granules, can directly affect the technology effect of screening equipment.

If corn grits have even and similar granularity with corn granularity, it will be difficult to choose the screening mesh and the cleaning effect will be largely reduced. Then it may easily block the mesh, because the particles with granularity of 2mm are easily to block the mesh. If we don’t clean the screen in time, it will block the whole screen seriously.

However, there are lots of methods to prevent mesh blocking, such as:
1. install movable scraper blade on the screen
2. touch the screen and make the sifter vibrate
3. improve the vertical acceleration of the screen
4. install rotating rubber roll under the screen
5. use the rubber ball to strike under the sifter
6. install rotary cleaner and cleaning roll under the screen, or install movable sifter
