Corn flour mill working principle and features:
NF series of corn flour mill requires the raw material moisture to be 13.5%-14.5%. To operate the machine, we should start the air blower first, and then start the flour mill. When the flour mill and the air blower are both started, then we can feed material. When the stock bin of the grinding head is fed with corn, we can operate according to the order of the combined grinding brake. When we close down the machine, we should close down the flour mill first, and then the air blower. There are several times for corn flour milling process so that we can adjust the roll clearance for three four four times until it reaches the suitable flour yield rate. We can adjust the flow by adjusting the clearance between the flow plate and the feeding roll. The rotation hand wheel screw can control the flow.
