Corn Winnowing Equipment Operation and Maintenance

We should pay attention to the following points about corn winnowing equipment operation and maintenance:
First, before corn winnowing equipment starting, we should check whether the corn winnowing equipment air flue is unobstructed and whether the air aspirator has good sealing.

Second, we should start the blower first, then feed material when the running becomes stable. After starting the corn winnowing equipment, we should observe through the glass and check whether the material into the separation area is even in thickness and whether the feeding is continuous and stable. Control the feeding flow according to the air flue unit flow to avoid the influence on selecting.

Third, control the wind speed of the air flue of the corn winnowing equipment correctly. Try to make the airflow direction crosses with the material flow direction vertically. Observe the impurities removing in the settling chamber. Adjust the air door in time. Adjust the air flue size and make the light material in the separation area uprise, and the whole wheat kernels lower. Without whole kernels in the fragments, we should increase the air door and improve the impurities removing efficiency.

Fourth, check whether the air flue and the settling chamber are blocked and remove impurities in time.

Fifth, cut off material feeding first when the CORN WINNOWING EQUIPMENT halts, then close the air blower.

Sixth, add lubrication oil frequently for the parts of manual operation. Make it revolve flexibly.

Seventh, keep regular maintenance on the vibration motor of the corn winnowing equipment and change lubrication oil in time. Change the bearing when the bearing works for one year continuously or has large noise. If the feeding device or the vibration motor is abnormal, we should check the rubber bearing and the suspender installation.
