New model corn grits machine has air aspirator dusting system, crushing system and corn grits secondary cleaning system. It adopts dry method and wet method in corn peeling and can produce three grades of corn grits and one grade of corn flour.
 

NEW MODEL CORN GRITS MACHINE can produce two pieces or four pieces of corn kenels by cleaning, peeling, degerming, root removing and impurities removing. After crushing, the broken material is discharged into the cylinder classifier for screening so as to realize crushing, grits making and flour milling. This dry method can be also used in wheat, paddy and sorghum processing.
 

New model corn grits machine has small volume. It combines winnowing function during peeling to realize kernels and bran separation. This helps to reduce corn kernels broken rate and improve peeling quality and yied.

The clean raw grain is conveyed to the feeding port for peeling, degermination and black impurities removing and can be processed into corn kernels once. After smashing and mixture grading, new model corn grits machine can produce three end products: medium grits, small grits and corn flour. Inside of the machine has highly efficient air draft chamber for collecting the corn skin from peeling process and further cleaning micro powder and micro impurities in the corn grits. Internally installed efficient winnowing and dust removal fan can remove and collect corn skin and the impurities and dust from grits processing, and then eliminate and collect these skins and impurities by cyclone.
